How does personalisation work?
Simply enter your horse's registered racing name and year of birth when placing your order. We'll research their racing colours and use them to create a personalised Final Furlong design celebrating their racing identity and second story.
Do I need to know my horse's racing colours?
No ♥ That's part of what we do. Just give us their registered racing name and year of birth and we'll take it from there.
Will I see my design before my order is made?
Absolutely. We'll email your personalised design to you for approval before your order goes into production. Nothing will be produced until you've had the chance to see it first.
How long will my order take?
As every order is individually personalised, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be created and prepared for dispatch. During particularly busy periods this may take a little longer, but we'll always keep you updated.
Can I return or exchange a personalised item?
Because personalised products are created specifically for you, they cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Can I order a PolarTherm Headband on its own?
Our personalised PolarTherm Headband is currently available as an add-on when purchasing another Final Furlong product and cannot be purchased separately.
What if I can't find my horse's racing history?
Don't worry — get in touch with us before ordering and we'll see what we can find. Sometimes a little detective work is all part of the fun. ♥
Our personalised racing-colour collection was created specifically to celebrate former racehorses and the stories they carry with them.If your horse hasn't raced, keep an eye on us — we've got plenty more ideas to come. ♥
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
